Booking Policy – Neuro and Spine Center

Welcome to the Neuro and Spine Center! To ensure a smooth experience for all our patients, please review our booking policy:

  1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. Please provide accurate information to ensure proper scheduling.
  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other patients.
  4. Consultation Fees: Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking or during the appointment. Please note that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  5. New Patient Appointments: For first-time consultations, please arrive early as we may need additional time to review your medical history and perform initial assessments.
  6. Appointment Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Please check the details carefully and notify us if there are any discrepancies.
  7. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may apply, and it may impact your ability to book future appointments.
