Booking Terms & Conditions – Neuro and Spine Center

  1. Appointment Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system. When booking, please provide accurate and complete details to ensure proper scheduling and treatment.
  2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  3. Late Arrivals: We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other patients.
  4. Consultation Fees: All consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking or during the appointment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  5. New Patient Consultations: For new patients, additional time may be required to review medical history and perform necessary diagnostics. Please arrive early for your initial consultation.
  6. Confirmation of Appointment: An appointment confirmation will be sent to you via SMS or email. It is your responsibility to verify the details and notify us of any errors.
  7. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and difficulty in booking future appointments.
  8. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements prior to your appointment. This ensures that we can provide the best care possible during your visit.
