Welcome to the Neuro and Spine Center. To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all our patients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following booking policies:
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be made via our website, by phone, or through email. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and complete to allow for proper scheduling and preparation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or require rescheduling, depending on clinic availability.
Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are payable either:
- At the time of booking, or
- On the day of your appointment
Please note that all fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the clinic.
New Patient Appointments
For initial consultations, please arrive early, as additional time may be needed to:
- Review your medical history
- Perform any necessary neurological assessments
Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Please verify all details and contact us promptly if you notice any discrepancies.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and could affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
