1. Scheduling Consultations
Appointments for private clinical consultations at **Neuro and Spine Center** (OK Plaza, Dehradun) can be booked through the following official channels:
- Online Portal: Direct bookings via Setmore.
- Phone/WhatsApp: Contact the clinic desk at +91 90271 16571.
- Third-Party Portals: Verified consultation requests via Lybrate or Justdial.
Note: Prior booking is highly recommended to minimize wait times. Walk-ins are accommodated based on slot availability.
2. Consultation Fee & Follow-Up Validity
A standard consultation fee is payable at the time of your clinic visit. The following guidelines apply:
- Follow-Up Validity: A paid consultation receipt is valid for 10 days from the date of the initial consultation. Follow-up visits regarding the same condition within this window are free of charge.
- New Conditions: Consultations for new medical symptoms or conditions, even within the 10-day period, will be treated as fresh appointments and standard charges will apply.
- Hospital Consultations: Booking fees, consultation charges, and billing rules for visits at Max Hospital Dehradun and Kailash Hospital Dehradun are governed separately by respective hospital administrations.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
To ensure emergency cases and other waiting patients are accommodated, we request cooperation with the following:
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your booked slot at least 2 hours in advance. This can be done via your Setmore confirmation email or by calling the clinic.
- Late Arrivals: Patients are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time slot to facilitate file setup. If you arrive late, you may experience delays as we prioritize on-time bookings.
4. Emergency Cases Warning
CRITICAL NOTICE FOR EMERGENCIES
Standard clinic appointments booked online or via phone are meant for OPD/elective consultations only.
Do not book a standard clinic slot for life-threatening medical emergencies such as acute head trauma, active strokes, severe spinal injury, or loss of consciousness.
For immediate emergency neurosurgical intervention, please head directly to the emergency department of Max Hospital Dehradun or Kailash Hospital Dehradun, where Dr. Charitesh Gupta or the on-duty trauma team can respond immediately.
5. Telemedicine & Virtual Consultations
For patients who cannot travel to the Dehradun clinic (e.g., from remote sectors of Uttarakhand, Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Roorkee), telemedicine video consultations can be requested.
- Telemedicine consultations are booked via official online channels.
- Patients must share their previous medical records, prescription sheets, and imaging files (DICOM/PDF reports) electronically prior to the scheduled call.
